WEAPONS OF THEORY

HERE’S SOME OF WHAT WE BELIEVE. EACH ONE IS FAIRLY SHORT.

SECTION 1: WE ARE…

1.1: Intersectional

When we use the word intersectional, we are talking about intersectional class struggle. This combines the insights of Marxism, with its understanding of class struggle, and the theory of intersectionality.

1.2: Transgender

Similar to the word intersectional, when we use the word transgender, we’re combining ideas of class and class struggle from Marxism with the experiences and struggles of transgender and queer people.

1.3: De-Colonial

When we use the word decolonial, we’re combining the ideas of Marxism, which focuses on class struggle and capitalism, and decolonization, which seeks to overthrow the power structures that were first imposed by colonial and neo-colonial rulers.

1.4: Anti-Fascist

The lessons of Weimar Germany’s anti-fascist movements must inform today’s strategies including the importance of unity, democratic assemblies, community defense, and preparing for general strikes to counteract the growing threat of fascism.

1.5: Revolutionaries

Social revolutions involve a fundamental transformation of the institutions and values of society. Political revolutions involve the direct overthrow and reorganization of government structures. Both types of revolutions are necessary and should happen together.

SECTION 2: WE MUST ABOLISH…

2.1: The Settler Colony Known as the USA

Settler colonialism is a type of colonization where a group of people, called settlers, come to a new land and stay there, taking land from the Indigenous people who already live there.

2.2: The Middle Class American Dream

The notion of a “middle” class is just another way of saying an “ideal” class. In our case, this refers to the mode of living brought to these lands by genocidal settler colonists.

2.3: American Nazis and Colonizers Worldwide

The Nazi project can be understood as a form of settler colonialism, centered around a similarly aggressive expansionist agenda for Lebensraum (living space) as their manifest destiny.

2.4: The First, Second, and Third Reich

The Nazis referred to themselves as the Third Reich. They got the idea from a book by that title in 1923 that wanted a bigger and better colonizer version of the First Reich.

2.5: America’s Third Reich

The German First, Second, and Third Reich can also be understood as a three phase process that many empires go through, including the USA.

2.6: The Dark Enlightenment & Dark MAGA Fascism

Neo-reactionary political philosophy, often associated with terms like “Dark Enlightenment” or Elon’s Musk’s preferred term “Dark MAGA,” gives a tech-bro twist to MAGA’s Christo-fascist wanna-be Nazi thinking.

2.7: Doomed Middle Class Anti-Fascism

Instead of a broad grassroots movement for revolution, we’ve been repeatedly told to donate to non-profits, vote harder, and whatever else can keep the middle class left in their positions of relative comfort.

2.8: Survival of the Fittest in the Lebensraum Left Today

The politics of middle classes abandoning the poor and working class actually has a name. It’s called “Malthusian Social Darwinism,” otherwise known as “survival of the fittest.”
